Report – Machine Learning and Creativity
Thank you to Temple university and Waseda A.I lab’s collaboration , last night’s Machine Learning presented by David was informative and educational.Although I was struggling with some technical terms still I felt entertained and not a single moment get bored with it.My take away is : Human’s creativity combine with machine’s learning power can only empower humankind to make the world the better place !! ８月２９日にWaseda AI LabとWomen in Technology Japan共催で、Google Brain リサーチサイエンティストであるDavid Haを招き、「Machine Learning and Creativity」をテーマに講演会を行いました。Google Brainとは、自然言語処理、ロボティックス、ディープラーニングなど人工知能の発展につながる長期的な研究ができる世界的に有名なGoogleの研究所です。David氏は、アーティストがAIを活用した新しい創造の可能性や強化学習とロボティックスの融合、生成系技術で有名なGANsの進化の過程など様々な最新のAI技術の進歩とその活用方法についてお話していただきました。(学生団体 Waseda AI Lab より）

Machine Learning and Creativity
Women in Technology Japan (WITJ）and Waseda AI Lab are proud to invite David Ha to talk about Machine Learning and Creativity. David is currently a Research Scientist at Google Brain and also an author of many publications on Machine Learning. Since this event is co-hosted by Waseda AI Lab, attendees may be mostly students, but anyone who has an interest in this topic is welcome to attend.
